Trying to figure out how to clean the laser on a Xerox CopyCentre C20?
My copier at work prints out very faint copies, and the only way to alleviate the problem is manually set the copier to darken.
I'm 99% sure the laser inside is dirty, because both the drum and toner have been replaced and results are the same. I am not sure how to go about cleaning the laser.
Does anyone know 1) how I can get to the laser inside the unit and 2) how to clean it without causing any damage?

Machine is a rabadged Konica Minolta Bizhub 130F by the looks of it. VERY similar anyway
Open right cover and front door
remove toner AND drum, place drum somewhere out of direct light.
Look in right door, there is a small glass slit inside machine, this is the laser lens, clean this.
If you do an internal test print are THEY OK ? If so it could be a problem withthe scanner rather than the print unit. The white plastic above the scan lamp sometimes gets miscoloured after time, and can cause scanner calibration issues, and COULD be giving a misreading causing the scanner to adjust giving poor copies.
