A photocopy machine is one of the most common machines used in offices around the world. It is regarded as a great invention and a useful contribution to the educational institutes, government departments and corporate offices. It offers a very quick and method to duplicate documents for various purposes. It was first introduced in 1950 and since then it has gone through many technological developments. Some models also have the facility to save the documents on file servers, send them as attachments via email or fax them with the in-built fax machines.
