I have heard that plastic water bottles have something called BPA and there is some codes on the containers. I have seen icons on soda that are shaped like the state of West Virginia. There are numbers too. However when I google searched West Virginia icons and plastic labels, I could not find any links to explain them.

2. What do the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and anymore appearing on plastic containers mean?

I do not know what the west Virginia shape means but I have seen it on lots of things.but the numbers indicate recycling.different numbers just mean that there is more or thicker plastic in it and u can check your local recycling places to see what numbers they can or can't take/recycle.hope this helped at least a little
