On a Konica Minolta bizhub 363 copier/fax, how do you turn off the incoming fax noise/alert?
whenever a fax comes the machine makes an annoying alert noise that sounds like an old modem, i have looked at the manual, and cant seem to figure out how to turn off this annoying noise...does anyone know?
I've never seen one with the beep turned off unfortunately. If there would be a way to do it, it's probably hidden deep in the admin or the tech/service control panel menu. You can also check the webscope page (can access that through a web browser by typing in the IP address of the machine) to see if there is a setting in there.
